Dear Forest Lake Church Family,

God is pouring out His abundant blessings on our church. For over eight decades, the Forest Lake Church has been bringing the good news of Jesus Christ, and the advent hope to the greater Orlando area. Our pastoral team, under the spiritual leadership of Pastor Derek Morris, has developed into a diverse and incredibly capable group of leaders. Likewise, our congregation has grown, spiritual life has flourished, and our outreach to the community has spread.

You can see evidence of these blessings every day of the week on our church campus. There is always something going on in the sanctuary, offices, meeting rooms, youth center, or community center. You name it — from prayer meetings, choir practice, weddings and quilting to the live streaming and videotaping of our church services for worldwide broadcast — Forest Lake has become a place where the true meaning of church family, committed to God’s purposes, is being realized.

A vision has emerged for the future of the Forest Lake Church. This vision encompasses much more than activities and buildings. It is a vision where we respond to God’s wish to reach others in every way possible. Through prayer and commitment, we ask Him what we can do for our Jesus, who gave all for us. As we move ahead together “Building Boldly for Jesus,” we ask you to prayerfully join us in responding to His call.
